Leadership Profile
Kunal Rathod
Founder & Strategic Leader · Spectrum Global Venture
Ex-Maersk / Damco
Cogoport Founding Member
Kailash Realty Partner
For 20+ years, I have built, led, and grown businesses in the world of international logistics — from Sales Manager at Damco / Maersk to GM Gujarat & Rajasthan, from Managing Partner at Globizz Translogistics to Founding Member & Head of Growth at Cogoport.
Freight. Ports. Supply chains. Trade corridors. This world has shaped how I think about scale, relationships, and execution.
Alongside logistics, there is a second chapter of commercial enterprise: serving as Commercial Partner at Kailash Realty Pvt. Ltd. — one of Ahmedabad's established real estate groups, shaping residential and commercial communities across North-East Ahmedabad since 1993.
What connects logistics and real estate for me:
Building things that scale
Leading teams that perform
Sensing markets before they move
Executing when it counts
"Whether it's a global freight corridor or a skyline — I am in the business of building."
